License to Use

NeckGuard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal purposes. You may not redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app or any part of it.

In-App Purchases

NeckGuard offers a one-time lifetime Pro upgrade for $4.99 USD via Apple’s In-App Purchase system. This is a non-recurring payment that unlocks Pro features permanently. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies. We do not handle payment information directly.

Health Disclaimer

NeckGuard is a posture awareness and tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The posture feedback, stretch routines, and health information provided are for general wellness purposes and should not replace professional medical guidance. Always consult a healthcare provider for advice about chronic neck pain or musculoskeletal conditions.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Using the app in a lawful and ethical manner
• Ensuring your AirPods are compatible with motion sensing
• Performing stretches safely within your physical limits
• Securing your device and any data stored in the app

Intellectual Property

NeckGuard and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of the developer. You retain all rights to your personal data stored on your device.

Disclaimer of Warranties

NeckGuard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

NeckGuard processes all motion data on-device and does not collect or transmit any personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
