Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MyWine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MyWine on your own Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with Apple's App Store terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

MyWine offers the following in-app purchase options, all processed through Apple's App Store:

• Monthly Subscription — auto-renewable on a monthly basis
• Annual Subscription — auto-renewable on a yearly basis
• Lifetime Purchase — one-time payment, does not renew

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

The following terms apply to the Monthly and Annual auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase, or via iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

PRO Features

Subscribing to MyWine PRO or purchasing Lifetime access unlocks the following features: taste analysis with flavor profile visualizations, unlimited journal entries, PDF export of tasting notes, and removal of all advertisements. Free users can access core features including wine recommendations, food pairing, and basic journal functionality with interstitial ads.

Age Requirement

MyWine is a wine information and journaling app recommended for users aged 19 and above. The app does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of alcohol. You are responsible for complying with the legal drinking age and alcohol laws in your jurisdiction.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Using the app in a lawful and responsible manner
• The accuracy of wine information you enter into the app
• Any decisions you make regarding wine purchases based on the app's recommendations
• Securing your device and any data stored in the app
• Consuming alcohol responsibly and legally

Disclaimer

MyWine provides wine recommendations and information for educational and personal use only. The app does not provide professional sommelier services, and recommendations may not suit every palate or occasion. Wine pairing suggestions are based on general guidelines and should not be considered definitive.

Intellectual Property

MyWine and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of the developer. You retain all rights to the wine data, notes, and photos you create within the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MyWine is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Privacy and Data

MyWine stores all data locally on your device and does not collect or transmit any personal data to our servers. The free version displays ads via Google AdMob. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
