Voice Transcriber AI does not provide legal advice, and we are not responsible for your use of the app in violation of any laws or regulations.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Voice Transcriber AI to:

• Record conversations without proper consent
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or their privacy rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or its components
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems

Accuracy and Reliability

Voice Transcriber AI uses Apple's on-device Speech framework to provide transcription services. While we strive for accuracy, transcription quality may vary based on audio quality, speaker clarity, background noise, and other factors. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and are not liable for any errors or omissions in transcriptions. You should review and verify all transcriptions for accuracy.

In-App Purchases

Voice Transcriber AI offers optional in-app purchases for Pro features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policy. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Pro features at any time.

Intellectual Property

Voice Transcriber AI and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of the developer. You retain all rights to your voice recordings and transcriptions. The app does not claim any ownership over your content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Voice Transcriber AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
