Voice Transcriber AI is designed with privacy as the foundation. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All voice transcription happens entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Speech framework. Your voice never leaves your iPhone.

On-Device Processing

Voice Transcriber AI uses Apple's Speech framework to process all voice transcription locally on your device. This means:

• Your voice recordings are never uploaded to our servers
• No cloud processing or remote analysis of any kind
• All transcriptions are stored locally on your device only
• No internet connection is required for transcription

Data Collection

Voice Transcriber AI does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no analytics services, no crash reporting tools, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party services of any kind integrated into the app. We have no way to access your transcriptions, voice recordings, or usage patterns.

Data Storage

All data -- including your transcriptions, voice recordings, preferences, and settings -- is stored locally on your device only. This data is not accessible to us or any third party. If you delete the app, all local data is permanently removed. If you use iCloud backup, your data may be backed up to iCloud according to your device settings, but we never have access to this data.

Microphone Access

Voice Transcriber AI requires microphone access to record and transcribe your voice. This permission is requested when you first use the recording feature. All microphone input is processed on-device only and is never transmitted over the internet. You can revoke microphone access at any time in your device settings.

Third-Party Services

Voice Transcriber AI does not use any third-party services. There are no analytics platforms, advertising networks, social media SDKs, or external APIs integrated into the app. The only external technology used is Apple's on-device Speech framework, which processes everything locally on your device.

In-App Purchases

Voice Transcriber AI offers optional in-app purchases for Pro features. These purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not collect or have access to your payment information.

Internet Access

Voice Transcriber AI does not require or use an internet connection. All features work fully offline. The app may check for updates through the App Store, but this is handled by iOS and not by the app itself.

Children's Privacy

Since we do not collect any data from any user, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Voice Transcriber AI is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy, updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Our commitment to on-device processing and zero data collection will not change.
