Why is live weather not updating?
Live weather needs either current location permission or a selected city plus network access. If location access is off, search for a city manually and pull to refresh.
Can I use the app without location permission?
Yes. MyWeather One supports manual city search and saved locations, so you can keep using the app even if location access is denied.
Why didn't I receive a severe weather alert?
Severe weather alerts depend on notification permission, forecast availability, and official alert coverage in your region. Make sure notifications are enabled and severe weather alerts are turned on in Settings.
How do widgets and Live Activities update?
Widgets and Live Activities read the latest shared weather snapshot from the main app. Open the app and refresh once if the data feels stale.
What do personal thresholds do?
You can define comfort thresholds for rain chance, UV, and AQI. MyWeather One uses those values to build personalized insights and highlight weather that matters to you.
