Can I use the app offline?
Yes! SleepSoundAI works completely offline. All sound analysis happens on your device using Apple's Sound Analysis framework. No internet connection is required.
How accurate is the sound detection?
SleepSoundAI uses Apple's on-device Sound Analysis framework, which provides high-accuracy sound classification. Detected events include a confidence score (70-95%). Accuracy may vary based on room noise and microphone placement.
Where should I place my iPhone?
Place your iPhone on a nightstand or table near your bed (within 3-5 feet). Make sure the microphone is unobstructed and facing you.
Is my data private?

Can I delete my sleep history?
Sleep sessions are stored locally on your device. You can delete individual sessions within the app, or delete all data by uninstalling the app.
