Privacy Policy

Overview

PromptVault is built with privacy at its core. All prompts, templates, and organizational data are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. The app works fully offline and does not require an account.

Data Collected

PromptVault collects no personal data. Specifically:

• No analytics or usage tracking
• No crash reporting sent to third parties
• No advertising identifiers
• No user accounts or authentication required
• No data transmitted to external servers

Local Storage

All prompts, templates, folders, and settings are stored on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your iPhone and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

iCloud Sync

PromptVault offers optional iCloud sync to keep your prompt library in sync across your Apple devices. When enabled, data is stored within your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. We have no access to your iCloud data. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app settings.

Third-Party Services

PromptVault does not include any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking tools. The app makes no external network requests beyond optional iCloud sync through Apple's CloudKit framework.
