How do I log my day?
Open NoBuy and tap the button to mark whether you spent or saved today. That is it -- one tap and your day is recorded. You can also change a past entry by tapping the day on the calendar.
What does the calendar show?
The calendar displays each day color-coded: green for no-spend days and red for days you spent. It gives you a visual overview of your challenge progress over the entire month.
How do streaks work?
Your streak counts consecutive no-spend days. Each day you mark as saved, your streak grows. Spending a day resets it. Your best streak is always saved so you can try to beat it.
How are savings estimates calculated?
You set your estimated average daily spending in settings. NoBuy multiplies that by your number of no-spend days to show how much you have saved. You can update the amount any time.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored locally on your iPhone using on-device storage. Nothing is uploaded to any server or cloud service. If you delete the app, all your challenge data is permanently removed.
Does NoBuy need internet?
No. NoBuy works fully offline. All features including the calendar, streaks, savings estimates, and widgets function without any internet connection.
