Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mingle. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

Use of the App

By downloading or using Mingle, you agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes related to meeting and connecting with other individuals. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.

Community Guidelines

Mingle is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment: Any form of bullying, intimidation, stalking, or unwanted contact toward other users.
• Fake Profiles: Creating accounts with false information, impersonating others, or using misleading photos.
• Hate Speech: Discrimination, slurs, or hostility based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.
• Commercial Solicitation: Using the platform to promote products, services, or schemes. Mingle is for personal connections only.
• Explicit Content: Sharing unsolicited sexual content, nudity, or pornographic material.
• Scams & Fraud: Attempting to deceive users for financial gain, including phishing, catfishing, or requesting money.

Reporting Misconduct

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately using the in-app report feature or by contacting us directly. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We may take action including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at our sole discretion.

User-Generated Content

You are responsible for all content you post, including profile photos, bio text, and messages. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the app for matching and communication purposes. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to creating fake profiles, harassment, or commercial solicitation. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Subscriptions & Payments

Mingle may offer optional premium subscriptions through the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Mingle is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that all profiles are genuine, or that the service will be uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from interactions with other users, whether online or offline. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person for the first time.
