Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HabitFlow Momentum, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

License to Use

HabitFlow Momentum grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal purposes. You may not redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app or any part of it.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

HabitFlow Momentum offers optional subscription plans (monthly and yearly) and a lifetime purchase option. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policy.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Using the app in a lawful and ethical manner
• Securing your device and any data stored in the app
• Maintaining backups of any habit data important to you

Intellectual Property

HabitFlow Momentum and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of the developer. You retain all rights to your habit data and personal information stored on your device.

Disclaimer of Warranties

HabitFlow Momentum is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Privacy and Data

HabitFlow Momentum stores all data locally on your device and does not collect or transmit any personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
