Common Questions

How do I enable Face ID lock?

Go to Settings in the app, then toggle 'Face ID Lock'. You'll be prompted to authenticate the first time.

My clipboard isn't being saved. What's wrong?

Make sure the app is open in the background. iOS requires apps to be running to monitor the clipboard. Also check that you've granted clipboard access permissions.

How do I delete all my clips?

Tap the three-dot menu (•••) in the top-right corner, then select 'Clear All'. This will permanently delete all clipboard history.

Can I export my clipboard history?

Currently, you can copy individual clips or share them via the system share sheet. Bulk export may be added in a future update.

Why can't I find the app on my iPad?

ClipVault is currently iPhone-only. iPad support may be added in the future.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit Apple's refund request page to request a refund within 90 days of purchase.

Troubleshooting

App Not Saving Clipboard

  1. Make sure ClipVault is running (check App Switcher)
  2. Force-quit and restart the app (swipe up in App Switcher)
  3. Restart your iPhone (hold Power + Volume Down until slider appears)
  4. If the issue persists, please email us with your iOS version and device model
