The app isn't detecting my dog's barks. What's wrong?

Make sure you've granted microphone permission when prompted. Also, try to minimize background noise for best results. If the issue persists, try force-quitting and restarting the app.

How accurate is the bark classification?

BarkMood uses advanced AI to classify barks with 70-95% confidence. Accuracy may vary based on dog breed, recording quality, and background noise. For best results, ensure a quiet environment.

Does it work with all dog breeds?

Yes! BarkMood is trained on various dog breeds and bark patterns. However, results may vary slightly between breeds due to different vocal characteristics.

How do I view my bark history?

Tap the 'History' button at the bottom of the main screen to see all past bark classifications with timestamps and confidence scores.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit Apple's refund request page to request a refund within 90 days of purchase.

  • Minimize background noise (turn off TV, music, etc.)
  • Hold your iPhone 3-6 feet away from your dog

Microphone Not Working
