Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SnapBackdrop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SnapBackdrop on your own Apple devices, according to Apple's App Store terms.
In-App Purchase and Billing
SnapBackdrop may offer a one-time Pro upgrade via Apple In-App Purchase. All purchases are processed and managed by Apple. SnapBackdrop is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription, with optional one-time purchase upgrades.
Service Availability and Accuracy
Results depend on photo quality, lighting, and content. We do not guarantee perfect or error-free segmentation for every image.
Privacy
SnapBackdrop processes photos on-device using Apple's Vision framework. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Limitations
The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific output quality, or compatibility with all photo types. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of business from app use.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SnapBackdrop after posting updated terms means you accept the changes.
